Riverina Institute spans southern New South Wales, from Tumut in the east to Coomealla near the South Australian border in the west. Campuses support local communities with vocational and technical education which meets local, state and national needs.
Specialist training
Riverina Institute also boasts specialist training centres in Wine and Food (Griffith), Forestry (Tumut), Engineering including Electrical Trades (Leeton), Nursing (Cootamundra); Civil Engineering (Leeton); as well as the National Environment Centre (Thurgoona near Albury), Primary Industries Centre (North Wagga), and National Aerospace Training Centre of Excellence (Forest Hill near Wagga Wagga).
The Wagga Wagga and Albury campuses are also considered regional hubs for specialist training across a range of skills areas including Building & Construction; Engineering; Transport; Tourism and Hospitality.
