The 'On-Course' is a training restaurant for Commercial Cookery and Food and Beverage students at TAFE NSW Riverina Institute's Wagga Campus. It is located in Coleman Street on the ground floor of the Tourism and Technology Building.

The restaurant offers dinner, lunch, buffet, a la carte and set menu dining at various times throughout the year for very reasonable prices. Functions can also be catered for when programming permits.

The 'On-Course'  Restaurant is fully licensed with a great range of local wines and beer and offers fresh and innovative food utilising regional produce.

The 'On-Course' will be open for dinner on most Tuesday and Wednesday nights from June to November from 6 till 9pm. Lunches are generally run on Mondays and Fridays.
