What is Pulp and Paper?

Australia has a strong paper-making industry which includes enterprises that produce bulk cardboard and lined paper for packaging through to high-value products such as copy paper, tissue and sanitary products. These enterprises are constantly exposed to pressure from imported products and, are therefore, looking to reduce costs and refine processes through up-skilling workers.

TAFE NSW’s Forest Industry Training Centre qualifications in Pulp and Paper help to up-skill these workers of the paper-making industry.
